If you use fresh potatoes, wash them and cut into large pieces. If they are old, peel them first. Put in a large bowl, add the broccoli, which you have divided into "bouquets", washed and dried. Season the vegetables to taste, pour olive oil and soy sauce. Stir to taste well and transfer to a deep pan.
Place it in a well-heated oven for at least 35 minutes (or until ready), during which stir at least 2-3 times to obtain an even crust on the vegetables.
It is recommended to serve the dish hot.
