Learn how to cook "Baked spaghetti with mushrooms, cheese and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of spaghetti or other pasta of your choice
  • 1 green pepper (sweet)
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of pitted olives
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 50 grams of cheese (white brined)

Method of preparation :

Boil the spaghetti in salted water. Follow the instructions on the package by removing the pan from the hob a minute or two earlier than the cooking time so that the spaghetti remains slightly firm. There is another important point that you should not miss, and that is the addition of salt to the water. Match this with the salinity of the cheese.

Peel a squash, grate it and sauté it. Fry the mushrooms.

Grate the cheese, cut the olives in half or in circles.

Transfer the pasta to a pan, add the chopped sweet pepper, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes and sprinkle with both types of cheese.

Bake in the oven until the coating is slightly red.

Serve the spaghetti hot, you can pour olive oil.

Have a good time!
