You can make a great dessert without cooking and baking for hours. Here is an easy idea for microwave pudding. The products are for 5 servings , and the preparation will take you only 20 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 100 grams of softened butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 grams of brown Muscovado sugar
  • 100 grams of self-swelling flour
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation

Put the butter in a large porcelain baking dish and melt it in the microwave - for 1 minute on high heat.

Take out the bowl and crush 1 and a half bananas in it. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, eggs and milk. Mix all ingredients well. Cut the remaining half of the banana on top. 

Put the dish in the microwave - on high heat for 7-8 minutes, until the mixture swells and darkens slightly. Serve while warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
