Required products :
100-200 grams of rusks or toasted white or black bread
400 grams of canned sweet corn
400 grams of canned red beans
mayonnaise to taste
salt and spices of your choice and taste
Preparation :
Drain the liquid from the cans. Mix the corn with the ground rusks in a suitable bowl.
Add the beans to them, pre-rinse with water and dry, and finally add the mayonnaise.
Season with salt and other spices of your choice. Stir and the garnish is ready.
