How To Cook Bean Puff Pastry With Yellow Cheese, Thyme And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 140 grams of yellow cheese
  • 850 grams of white canned beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons chili sauce
  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the garlic cloves, mash them with a press.

In a bowl, pour the canned beans, add the garlic, dried thyme, chili sauce and 2/3 of the grated yellow cheese (choose hard). Mash with a fork.

Roll out the dough, you should get a rectangle measuring 30 x 40 cm, which cut into 3 equal strips with a width of 10 cm and a length of 40 cm.

From the bean mass make small meatballs, arrange them on a puff pastry at a distance of 3 centimeters from each other.

Cover the filling with the dough, so you will form rolls, which you cut into three parts.

Pinch their edges and smear the surface with egg.

Arrange the pies in a greased pan, sprinkle with the remaining amount of cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven at medium temperature (180 degrees).

Once they are ready, wait 5 minutes and serve hot.
