Learn how to cook "Bean salad with mushrooms, onions and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams canned mushrooms
400 grams canned beans (white)
4 carrots
1 onion
50 grams yellow cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion and grind it with a blender.
Grate the carrots.
Heat olive oil and fry the vegetables in it for a few minutes on high heat, then reduce the temperature to medium and let the mixture cook for another 8 minutes. Finally, season to taste.
Transfer to a salad bowl and allow it to cool.
When this happens, add the beans and mushrooms (excluding canned liquids).
Sprinkle with yellow cheese (grated).
Add the mayonnaise (you can change the amount according to your preferences).
Stir and you can enjoy the finished salad.
