Required products :

  • 1 onion
  • 2 small carrots
  • 1 pepper (green, red or yellow)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or a lump of butter)
  • 1 stalk of celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 340 grams of sausage of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil - dried
  • 4 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 can of 400 grams of white oil beans and red
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion and chop finely.

Chop the carrots as well.

Cut the pepper as well, cleaning it from the seeds.

Heat the fat in a saucepan and fry the onion for 3 minutes until soft.

Add the carrots, peppers, celery, crushed garlic and sausage (also chopped). Fry for 2 minutes.

Add the spices and chicken broth. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Drain the canned beans and add them to the dish. Cook for 10 minutes. Finally add parsley, stir and serve.
