Required product and:

300 grams of old beans

12 large onions

1/2 teaspoon oil

1 liter of water

1 full teaspoon salt

1 incomplete tablespoon of paprika

pepper

Method of preparation :

Soak the beans from the night before in water, boil them the next day and drain the water in a separate bowl. Cut the onion into circles and fry it in some oil. Then season it with both types of pepper. Take a clay pot and alternate layers of beans and fried onions in it until the products are exhausted, and you should finish with the beans. Pour the remaining oil and the water in which the beans have been boiled. Bake the dish in the oven on medium heat for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve in the dish in which it was cooked.
