Learn how to cook "Beef meatballs stuffed with eggs and yellow cheese in milk breading". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1/3 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs (one raw - for breading, the second - hard boiled for the filling)
  • 50 grams of grated hard yellow cheese
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 1 slice of white bread
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation :

Soak the slice in water, drain the liquid and mix the bread with the minced meat. Fix.

Combine grated boiled egg and yellow cheese, season with salt and pepper. Add the butter and stir.

Scrape 1 tablespoon of minced meat, spread a layer and put in the middle of the stuffing (1 teaspoon). Close it on all sides with the minced meat, carefully forming a ball, which you flatten slightly. Do the same with the other products.

Mix the fresh milk with the raw egg and flour, season and mix until a liquid cream-like consistency is obtained.

Dip each meatball in the breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden.

Have a good time!
