Required products :
120 milliliters of fresh milk
120 grams of boiled red beets
90 grams of flour
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation :
In a blender bowl, mix the beets with the egg, pour in the milk, add the garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Beat everything well and then add the flour.
Bake 2 pancakes in a hot pan for about 2 minutes on each side. When cool, put ricotta cheese on the surface (maybe cottage cheese or other preferred filling, as long as it is not wet) and roll up. Cut them into pieces about 2 centimeters thick and serve.
