We offer you to prepare this very quick and appetizing almond cake with blueberries, ready in less than an hour and very tasty. If you are in a hurry to serve warm, it is enough to put a ball of ice cream to make it perfect.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of sliced ​​almonds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 225 grams of butter
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/3 tea cup corn flour
  • 1/2 cup blueberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Grease a rectangular pan and cover it with baking paper.

Almonds, milk, 60 grams of butter, 1/4 tea cup (55 grams) sugar and half of the vanilla put in a saucepan, cook on low heat until the sugar melts. Allow the mixture to cool.

Beat the remaining butter, sugar and vanilla with a mixer, add the white and corn flour in portions and knead the dough.

Press it on the bottom and walls of the pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Cool for 10 minutes, spread with jam and spread the blueberries on the surface. Sprinkle on top with the almond mixture and bake for about 25 minutes.
