Required products :

  • 250 grams of cranberries
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 300 milliliters of buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • vanilla

 

Method of preparation :

Using a juicer, separate the fruit juice.

With crystal sugar along with 1 tablespoon of powdered and lemon juice. Stir until the crystals dissolve and divide the sweet mass into two cups.

Using a food processor or blender, beat the milk with the buttermilk, vanilla and the remaining powdered sugar until foamy.

Quickly pour the blueberry juice into the glasses, and the milk combination on it. Let the two liquids mix on their own.
Blackberries and raspberries can easily replace blueberries if you prefer.
