How To Cook Bread Skewers With Tomatoes And Cheese, Grilled - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Grilled bread skewers with tomatoes and cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 white bread
  • a mixture of dry spices for pizza
  • 50-80 grams of hard cheese / yellow cheese
  • 2-3 tomatoes

Method of preparation :

It is important to use fresh bread, as it has a higher humidity, and this is important for baking skewers.

Cut it into two parts lengthwise, each about 2.5-3 centimeters thick. Then cut the crusts into two pieces and turn the soft part into cubes of the same size.

Turn the tomatoes into pieces of the same size, first cutting off the rounded sides as shown in the next photo.

Cut the cheese into tiles about 3 millimeters thick, and their size should not be larger than that of tomatoes and bread. Sprinkle with spices.

Season the tomatoes as well.

String the prepared products on skewers, alternating tomato, cheese, bread, cheese, tomato ...

Bake them on the grill, turning them constantly, because otherwise the bread will be charred and the cheese / yellow cheese will melt and spread.

Have a good time!
