Learn how to cook "Bread with cheese, yellow cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and olives". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 380 grams of flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100-150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 15-20 olives
  • 50 grams of dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the warm milk with the butter, add the sugar, salt and finally the flour. Knead the dough, leave it to stand for an hour and a half, kneading twice during this time.

Prepare the products for the filling: cut the olives into circles, the dried tomatoes into small pieces, and grate the cheese and yellow cheese.

When the dough rises, knead it a third time and divide it into two parts.

Mix the cheese with the olives, tomatoes and season to taste.

Grease the bottom of a suitable form with oil and distribute evenly one part of the dough, so that it covers the walls of the dish in half.

Put the filling on the surface.

Cover it with the rest of the dough and pinch the edges.

Leave for half an hour and put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 170-180 and let the bread bake for another half hour (or until ready).

Grease with oil and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
