Learn how to cook "Bread with mushrooms, olives and milk topping". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200 grams of olives (or more)
  • onion head
  • 200 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 10-20% (liquid)
  • a pinch of pepper and salt
  • 30 grams of yellow cheese or other type of cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic

Method of preparation :

Grind the flour with the butter. You will get crumbs, to which add a pinch of salt, egg, 2 tablespoons of water and knead the dough. Shape into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Roll out the cold dough and place in a pan, twisting the edges a little.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and pour the mushrooms in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain the liquid using a colander. Cut the mushrooms and fry them in butter. Add the finely chopped zucchini, olives, onion and garlic and let the filling remain on the stove until all the products are ready.

Beat the eggs, seasoning them with salt and pepper, mix with the cream (you can replace it with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise) and the pie filling is ready.

Remove the dough from the oven, spread the filling on its surface and cover with the cream-egg combination.

Sprinkle with grated cheese or other cheese and bake the pie for half an hour at a moderate temperature (180 degrees).

Enjoy your meal!
