Method of preparation :
Boil a few eggs softly. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Mix sour cream with breadcrumbs and 1 (or more, depending on the amount of breading you need) raw egg. Dip the boiled eggs in this mixture and fry them in butter until they acquire a crispy crust.
You can make the breading mixture from mayonnaise and breadcrumbs, from cream and breadcrumbs without adding an egg, you can also use grated yellow cheese in combination with some of the products. The options are very different, choose the one that is most delicious for you.
