Using a mincer or other suitable appliance, grind all the vegetables (cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions), of course, pre-peel those that require it.
Add the cooked rice, flour and salt to taste to the puree. Stir and make meatballs from the mixture.
Roll them in semolina or breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown in a little oil.
