How To Cook Breaded Meatballs From Rice, Potatoes And Cabbage - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Breaded meatballs of rice, potatoes and cabbage". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 100 grams of cooked rice
  • 300 grams of fresh cabbage
  • 150 grams of potatoes
  • 150 grams of carrots
  • 100 grams of onions
  • 70 grams of flour
  • breadcrumbs or semolina for breading
  • 3 tablespoons frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Using a mincer or other suitable appliance, grind all the vegetables (cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions), of course, pre-peel those that require it.

Add the cooked rice, flour and salt to taste to the puree. Stir and make meatballs from the mixture.

Roll them in semolina or breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown in a little oil.
