Method of preparation:
Mix the egg with the milk and the almond flour with the parmesan, oregano and garlic powder. Season the cauliflower with salt, pepper, dip it in the milk mixture and then in the flour. Arrange the cauliflower on a tray covered with a sheet of parchment and sprinkle with olive oil.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the puree and adding the finely chopped garlic and peppers. Stir and cool. When ready, serve the parmesan bites, garnished with the resulting sauce.
