Required products :

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 180-200 grams of hazelnuts
  • 1 lemon (or lime)
  • onion head
  • a piece of ginger about 5 centimeters long
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper and salt to taste


Method of preparation :

Grind the hazelnuts and broccoli, mix them in a bowl and add the freshly squeezed lemon juice (remove the seeds). Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, add the grated ginger, stir and finally pour olive oil (you can replace it with sesame oil).

Finely chop the onion, pour it into the pate, stir again and put the dish in the refrigerator for an hour.

You can then serve the pate on a slice of bread.
