Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 250 grams of butter, cut into cubes
  • 240 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • coconut ice cream
  • coconut shavings

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and spray a rectangular pan with cooking spray, then place a sheet of baking paper on top.

Mix the flour, cocoa and salt in a bowl.

Melt the butter in the microwave until it melts. Mix with the sugar and add the eggs. The mixture should be hungry without sugar crystals. Mix with the flour and stir to obtain a dough.

Pour over the prepared pan and bake for 9-11 minutes, until dry.

Allow to cool completely in the pan.

Cut the marshmallows in half and place in the freezer with the pan for 30 minutes.

Remove the cold countertops from the freezer and remove one half of the pan. Spread the other with ice cream and close the top like a sandwich with the first.

Freeze for 1 hour, then cut into 12 pieces and serve, rolling the ends in coconut.
