How To Cook Brownie With Dates Without Baking (Vegan) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Brownies with dates without baking (vegan)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon of dates medjul
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon almond tahini
  • 1/4 tea cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Soak the dates for at least 10 minutes, then drain.

Meanwhile, line a square baking tray with parchment paper with the edges coming out. It is easiest to put 2 long sheets of paper as wide as the bottom of the tray and overlap them so that the edges of the cake will not be deformed.

Grind the oatmeal until it is floured in a food processor with an S-shaped knife, add the remaining products and, if necessary, a spoonful of the water in which you have soaked the dates. Grind until smooth.

Put the mixture in the pan and level. Then store in the cold for 1 hour.

Remove from the pan using paper and cut into 16 squares.
