Required products :

60 milliliters of grape seed oil

400 grams of canned black beans, drained

130 grams of sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

30 grams of cocoa

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 large whole eggs + 1 yolk

75 grams of dark chocolate, finely chopped

70 grams of peanut butter

10 grams of powdered sugar

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 160 degrees.

Grease a square pan with a little grape oil, then lay a sheet of baking paper.

Rinse the beans and dry them with kitchen paper.

Grind it together with the sugar, 60 milliliters of grape seed oil and vanilla extract.

Add the cocoa, baking powder and salt, pulse several times with a blender. Add the eggs and yolk one by one, stirring well after each one. Add the finely chopped chocolate and stir last.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and level.

Mix the peanut butter with the powdered sugar. If the mixture is very thick, add 1/2 teaspoon of grape seed oil. Use a spoon to make a few piles on the bean mixture and spread with a stick to decorate.

Bake for about 18-20 minutes until done, the center should remain soft during baking. Cool for 20 minutes in the pan, then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.

Store up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
