Method of preparation :
Boil the buckwheat in salted water to make a paste (but not thick, and the grains to separate from each other), which you cool.
Peel the peppers, peel the zucchini and cucumber if desired, divide the broccoli into inflorescences.
Chop the vegetables, the olives too, chop the dill finely.
Mix the products in the salad bowl, season with spices, olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Stir and serve.
