Learn how to cook "Buckwheat soup with mushrooms, potatoes and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
3 handfuls of buckwheat
3-4 large mushrooms
1 carrot
1 tomato
2-3 potatoes (depending on their size)
1 onion onion
frying oil
1 clove garlic or to taste
spices to taste
Method of preparation is:
Peel onions and garlic, chop finely and fry in hot oil.
Add carrots, cut into semicircles.
Then the mushrooms.
Grated tomato.
Pour hot water and bring the mixture to a boil.
When this happens, put the peeled and diced potatoes. Season to taste.
It's time for the washed buckwheat grains.
Leave the soup on the stove until all the products are ready.
