How To Cook Buckwheat With Tomatoes, Parmesan And Bacon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Buckwheat with tomatoes, parmesan and bacon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 150-200 grams of buckwheat
  • 70 grams of raw-smoked bacon
  • coriander, parsley or other green spice to taste
  • 2 small tomatoes or 1 large
  • 30 grams of parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons walnut or other vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt, pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the buckwheat according to the instructions on the package, cool the beans and pour them into a bowl.

Cut the tomatoes, remove the seeds, cut into strips and add to the buckwheat.

Wash, dry and saturate the selected green spice.

Fry the bacon strips until crispy or until a soft crust forms (as you prefer). Put them on paper to separate the fat from them. When cool, break or slice, add to salad.

Grate parmesan and finish the delicious composition with it. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon.

Mix the products and serve the salad immediately, because the bacon will soften if left to stand.

Enjoy your meal!
