Required products :

  • 1.5 teaspoons bulgur
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon dried mint
  • 2 tea cups mix of frozen vegetables (green beans, peas, carrots, peppers, corn)
  • about 3 teaspoons of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 2 hot peppers

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, remove the top layer of garlic, do not peel the cloves.

Heat the oil in a suitable pan, pour in the mix of frozen vegetables, pour hot water and add bulgur. Then add the tomatoes, salt to taste and mint.

Mix everything and add the garlic heads to the other products, also the hot peppers (whole).

Close the pan with a lid and let the dish cook over medium heat until all the water is absorbed.

Serve hot.
