Required products :
180 grams of flour
120 grams of butter
100 grams of parmesan
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons a mixture of dried herbs and spices (rosemary, parsley, mint, pepper)
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Mix the softened butter with the grated Parmesan cheese, then gradually add the sifted flour and egg yolk.
Knead the dough, which is shaped like a sausage, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
When you take out the cooled dough, cut it into circles 1 cm thick. Sprinkle each with the dry spices and bake the pickles until golden (about 10-12 minutes) in a preheated 220 degree oven.
