Required products :
1 egg yolk
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
3 anchovy fillets
1/2 teaspoon olive oil a
handful of grated Parmesan
salt and water if desired
Method of preparation :
Mix the yolk with the juice of 1 lemon, add the garlic, mustard and 3 anchovy fillets. Beat with a blender, pour olive oil and a little water if desired. Finally, add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix everything.
The sauce is ready.
