How To Cook Caesar Salad With Pasta, Salmon And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 230 grams of uncooked pasta
  • 1 teaspoon homemade mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 100 grams of smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon lettuce, chopped in bulk
  • 1 cup croutons

Method of preparation :

  • Boil the pasta in a large saucepan with salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Pour into a colander and drain.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, garlic paste, salmon, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Stir and set aside half of the dressing.
  • In a large bowl, mix the pasta, the other half of the dressing, the tomatoes and the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan. Stir and cool for at least 1 hour.
  • Before serving the salad, add the reserved dressing, lettuce and croutons. Stir and serve immediately.
