Required products :

  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 230 grams of wheat flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons cardamom
  • 100 grams of halva of your choice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams of hazelnuts

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the melted butter, honey and beat again.

Crush the halva and pour over the eggs and butter. You should add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla sugar, cardamom and hazelnuts.

Stir and pour the dough into a greased form. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped hazelnuts and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven (45-60 minutes).
