Required products :

  • 120 grams of peanut paste
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 100 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 30 grams of fine oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon oil to spread the form
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Cover the pan with a sheet of parchment, turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Mix the soft butter with the peanut paste, milk, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.

Then add the sifted flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder and cinnamon, pour the oatmeal and mix well. The dough is thick, so if you find it difficult to mix it with a wooden spoon, pour a little milk.

Finally, add the broken chocolate pieces, mix thoroughly and pour the dough into the prepared form.

Bake for half an hour, then cut into squares, wait for them to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy the delicate texture and wonderful taste of the cake.

The combination of slightly salty peanut paste, bitter chocolate and sweet dough is extremely successful.

Enjoy your meal!
