Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 70 milliliters of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • sol

For the stuffing:

  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 20 grams of onions
  • garlic to taste
  • 10 leaves of fresh basil
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 80 grams of sauce

For the sauce:

  • 80 grams of canned tomatoes in their own juice
  • 30 grams of onions
  • 8 leaves of fresh basil
  • 1/3 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Mix water and flour (in a ratio of 1: 3), add salt, add yeast, a little sugar, pour olive oil. The water you use can be both hot and cold. Knead the dough, wait for it to rise and roll it out.

Make the sauce. Fry the chopped garlic in olive oil, remove the cloves and pour the chopped onion in the same fat. Once transparent, add the tomatoes to the pan, basil and oregano, salt and pepper. Heat the combination and puree it with a blender.

Prepare the stuffing by frying the mushrooms with onions and garlic as you prefer.

Spread it on the rolled out dough that you put in the pan. Chop fresh basil leaves on top, pour the tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with the grated cheese (you can use yellow cheese, mozzarella or another favorite type).

Fold the pizza in half so that the filling remains inside, closed on all sides with dough.

Pinch the edges and place in a preheated oven to 275 degrees, turning on convection mode.

After 3-4 minutes the surface will turn red. Then pour the tomato sauce and sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

A minute later the pizza will be ready.

Cut into portions and enjoy!
