Required products :

1 kg of beans
2 kg of tomatoes
1 hot pepper
1 clove of garlic
50 grams of salt
70 grams of sugar
30 milliliters of vinegar

Method of preparation :

When canning beans, it is better to use fresh. Fill it with water, add salt and place the dish on the stove. Once the liquid boils, reduce the temperature and allow the beans to boil under a lid until fully cooked. Drain the water.

Cut the tomatoes in half, remove unnecessary parts.

Peel the garlic, remove the hot pepper from the seeds, remove the tail.

Then grind the tomatoes, using a mincer or blender. For the can you need a little thick porridge with the seeds.

Prepare the hot pepper and garlic in the same way. Mix the puree, add salt, sugar and vinegar.

Put the combination on the stove and let it boil for 10 minutes on medium heat.

It's time to mix the tomato sauce and beans. Put the pan back on the hob and close with a lid as soon as the combination boils. Reduce the temperature and let everything simmer for 50-60 minutes.

Then distribute in sterilized jars, which you close while the beans are still hot. Turn them upside down and the can is ready.

You can store for a long time in a dark and cool place.

Enjoy your meal!
