Required products :
- 4 miles of tortillas
- 20 grams of tomato puree
- 250 grams of mozzarella, sliced
- 250 grams of tomatoes, cut into thin slices
- 20 grams of pine nuts
- 30 grams of basil
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 20 milliliters of olive oil
- 20 grams of grated hard cheese
Method of preparation :
Turn the oven to 200 degrees. Put the tortilla cakes in two large trays lined with baking paper.
Spread the bread with the tomato puree.
Arrange the mozzarella and tomato pieces between them. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden.
Meanwhile, prepare the pesto, such as basil, garlic, olive oil, hard cheese and blend until pesto is obtained.
Remove the tortilla from the oven and garnish with pesto.
Serve immediately!
