Necessary products:

 

  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid caramel
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 100 grams of dried figs
  • 1 teaspoon and a half flour
  • 10 grams of baking powder

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the eggs with the sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer until you get a fluffy cream. Add the caramel, add the flour, baking powder and butter. Stir until smooth.

Add finely chopped figs and walnuts. Stir and distribute the mixture in a greased and floured pan. Preheat oven to 190 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.

Cool, cut and serve the dessert, garnished with a topping of your choice.
