How To Cook Caramelized Pears With Blue Cheese, Cinnamon And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 pear
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon crushed roasted walnuts
  • pinch of rosemary
  • pinch of sweet red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soft blue cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a pear, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the core with the seeds.

Heat a frying pan and pour the sugar in it, add the butter.

When the crystals melt, put the fruit and fry it on both sides to form a golden hue.

Then take out the halves of the pear in a plate and put a spoonful of blue cheese in each of the recesses in the middle.

Sprinkle with roasted walnuts and a pinch of rosemary, paprika and cinnamon.

You can serve with the caramel that remains in the pan.
