Necessary products

For swamps:

150 ml sour cream

1.5 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla (extract)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease 2 cake tins with a diameter of 23 cm. Cut a circle out of baking paper and place it on the bottom of the tins.

Grate the carrots, grind the pineapple and chop the walnuts. Sift the dry ingredients and put in a bowl, add the butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Then add the chopped walnuts, coconut shavings, carrots and pineapple. Pour the dough into the baking tins, place them on the middle level of the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Make sure it is baked with a toothpick. Allow the countertops to cool on a wire rack.

To prepare the glaze, beat the cream, cream cheese and butter in a bowl. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring to avoid lumps. Add the vanilla and lemon juice.
