Required products :
1/4 tea cup apple juice
3/4 teaspoon carrot juice
1 banana
3/4 tea cup of natural yogurt (or kefir)
cinnamon (or vanilla) to taste
Method of preparation :
Grind a well-ripened banana in a blender. Using a juicer, prepare the juices from apples and carrots (if the apples are soft, you can cut and grind together with the banana). Pour them over the banana, add the milk, add cinnamon (or vanilla) to taste and beat everything.
The drink is ready.
Distribute in suitable cups and serve.
