Required products :

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 100 grams of spinach
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • 140 grams of smoked trout fillet
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 140 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • lemon slices for serving

Method of preparation :

Peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them for 15 minutes in salted water until soft. Put the spinach in a large colander. Pour the potato water over the spinach to soften. Return the potatoes to the pot in which you cooked them. Crush them with lemon peel and juice, season. Then chop the fish fillet in the mixture, add the squeezed spinach, capers and finely chopped dill.

Put half of the breadcrumbs in a wide pan and the potato mixture shaped like a pie on it, sprinkle with the rest of the breadcrumbs and press to stick the bread crumbs.

Fry in a pan on each side, turning gently using a plate.

Serve with a few slices of lemon.
