Required products :
100 grams of sugar
peel of 2 oranges
150 milliliters of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 bottle of champagne
Method of preparation :
Mix the sugar and citrus peels in a suitable bowl, pour 100 milliliters of water and bring to the boil until the sweet crystals are completely dissolved.
Then remove from the heat and pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice. When the liquid has cooled, remove the crusts from it, cut them into thin strips and use to decorate the dish when serving.
Pour the syrup into a container suitable for freezing and store it to freeze.
