Required products :
250 grams of suitable cheese (preferably feta)
16 marinated vine leaves
olive oil
Method of preparation :
Carefully unfold the vine leaves and rinse them with cold water to remove the salty taste, then dry with paper.
Cut the cheese into 16 pieces and wrap each of them in the prepared leaves (shape like sarma).
String them on wooden skewers and smear the leaves with a little olive oil.
Bake on a hot grill, turning often until the cheese is melted (about 4 minutes).
