Required products :
- 300 grams of flour
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 4 eggs
- 450 grams of cherries (pitted)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :
Mix the eggs with the milk, add salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and add the resulting mixture to the flour. Make dough without lumps.
Grease a pan with oil and put half of the dough in it. Spread the cherries on it, sprinkle with sugar and cover with the remaining dough.
Bake at 160 degrees in the oven until a golden coating forms on the surface.
Serve the dessert sprinkled with powdered or granulated sugar.
If you add a little baking powder to the dough, the end result will be fluffier.
