With this recipe you will have a nutritious breakfast in just 5 minutes, which you can prepare in the morning or the night before and store it in the fridge.

  • 270 milliliters of coconut milk (or other)
  • 2 tablespoons white chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup) + more to serve
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder + more to serve

for serving:

  • raspberries
  • roasted sliced ​​almonds
  • coconut chips

Method of preparation :

Rinse the quinoa flake under running water until the liquid is clear. This will remove the bitter note.
