Method of preparation :
Rinse the quinoa flake under running water until the liquid is clear. This will remove the bitter note.
Boil the flake quinoa, coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon in a saucepan over low heat, stirring for 3 minutes or until the desired consistency is achieved. If you want the porridge to be more liquid, add more coconut milk, and for thicker, simmer longer.
Serve the dish in bowls and garnish with raspberries, roasted sliced almonds, coconut chips, a pinch of cinnamon and extra honey.
