See how to prepare them.

Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 tea cups crushed cornflakes
  • salt and pepper

for the sauce:

  • 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Sriracha sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and cover a large baking tray with parchment paper.

Cut the chicken into small pieces (and if desired, make long sticks of meat). Season it with salt and pepper and grease the meat with oil. Roll in the crushed cornflakes and bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven until the meat is golden.

In a bowl, mix all the sauce products and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
Serve the chicken with the spicy sauce.

Optionally, you can prepare the chicken fried, or serve with garlic sauce.
