Required products :
500 grams of chicken breast
500 grams of broccoli
700 milliliters of béchamel sauce
nutmeg and tarragon to taste
50 grams of parmesan
50 grams of breadcrumbs
50 grams of butter
1 carrot
Method of preparation :
Cut carrots into straws, fillets - into strips, and broccoli divide into inflorescences. Boil the vegetables until semi-finished and spread them on the chicken, which you have arranged in a pan.
Drizzle with Béchamel sauce, sprinkle with spices and grated Parmesan cheese.
