Required products :

200 grams of rice
250 grams of boiled chicken
2-2.5 teaspoons chicken broth
2 onions
150 grams butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon liquid cream with a fat content of 10% or fresh milk
150 grams of yellow cheese
spices of your choice and taste

Preparation :
Heat half the butter and fry onion in it, cut into small cubes. Then add the rice and fry for a few minutes. Pour the broth, add spices of your choice and taste, close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer until the rice is ready.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Melt the remaining butter, add the flour and stir quickly so that no lumps form. The mixture should become homogeneous. Then slowly and thoroughly pour the milk / cream, stirring constantly. Add spices of your choice and half of the grated yellow cheese.
Pour the rice into a suitable pan greased with oil, in the middle of this base put the cooked and cut into small pieces of chicken, pour all the sauce and distribute the remaining amount of cheese.
Bake the dish in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
