How To Cook Chicken Fillet In A Pan With Black Pepper And Lemon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons crushed black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Method of preparation :

 

  • Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthwise to get thinner steaks.
  • Wash the lemons thoroughly and grate the top of the rind, taking care not to dig into the white core as it is bitter.
  • In a bowl, mix the lemon zest with the olive oil. Stir.
  • Add the chicken fillet and stir again to taste evenly.
  • In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Roll the steaks and shake off the excess.
  • Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Cut the lemons into slices and bake them in the pan.
  • Serve the chicken fillets warm, garnished with lemon slices and sprinkled with fresh parsley.
