Required products :

600 grams chicken heart
100 grams sour cream with fat content 15%
2 onions
1 carrot
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons oil


Method of preparation :

Clean the heart of skins and grease. Do not remove all the fat to get a juicier appetizer.

 

Peel an onion, cut it into semicircles.

 

Grate carrots.

 

Mash the garlic clove and add to the mayonnaise.

 

Then fry the heart in hot oil until golden brown.

 

Then add the onion, close the pan with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

 

Put the grated carrot. Stir.

 

Close the lid again.

 

After 5-7 minutes, add the sour cream (if it is too thick, dilute with a little water).

 

Let everything simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the mayonnaise and garlic and after another 20 minutes remove the pan from the heat. Add salt to taste.
