Required products :
- 1 whole chicken
- 200 grams of grapes of your choice
- 1/3 tea cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 tea cup of vinegar
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Mash the grapes and mix them with oil and vinegar, add salt and pepper, stir.
Spread the chicken with the sauce and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
Then put it in a pan, pour the marinade and place in the oven. Let the dish bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes (or until done).
