How To Cook Chicken Millet With Curry And Onion In Coconut Milk - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken mills with curry and onion in coconut milk". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 350 grams of chicken mill
  • 200 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sweet yellow pepper
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 30 milliliters of oil
  • 5 grams of fresh coriander

 

Method of preparation :

Clean the mills, wash them and cut them.

Heat the oil, pour the watermelons into the same bowl and fill them with water, which should cover them. Allow them to simmer until the liquid has evaporated (about half an hour).

Then add onions and peppers, pre-cut, sprinkle with curry and stew for 10 minutes.

Then pour the coconut milk and let the dish stay on the stove for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve it sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves.
